We did inform you after your purchase if you need express at additional cost add on as there will be a delay in regular shipping with current pandemic situation. You said you wish to add on but despite many times following up with you after your order is ready, you did not add on express shipping. So we had no choice to proceed with regular shipping. 1 star user feedback it’s been almost 2 months, & I haven’t received my package. The tracking number tells you nothing, & the seller won’t give me any information or a refund.
