Seller response: Unfortunately, you I didn't notice your feedback until now, and you never contacted me about this problem. If you had of, it could have been easily remedied. First off, as clearly stated in the listing, the disc you received is a DVD, not a CD, and so will how as blank if you're trying to play it on a CD player. Second, if you have tried playing it a DVD player and it's showing as blank, then the most likely reason is because your DVD player is old and needs a firmware (small software) update to make it compatible with newer blank media. And third, if all that were to fail, you have a download option. So if you still want your titles, please contact me, either here or via email. Thank you
