We informed you that the item weighs 5.9 oz when packed and that the pouch contains 12 oz of powder, which equals to 1 1/2 cups which is what you recieved with your order. You were not satisfied and chose to return the product. After you returned the product, you continued to send harassing emails. We have resolved this matter with you an applied a refund. For further clarification, use this example: If you are baking and the recipe calls for 12 oz, you would need 1 1/2 cups of flour. This is the amount of Chebe Powder in every single bag that is shipped. Thank you for your feedback
