This customer got their item on time and they got to use it for the birthday she said, she also said she loved it.... The next day goes by and she threatens to leave negative feedback if i dont refund her and let her have the whole outfit for free. This came out of know where, she got it on time and loved it she said and next day demanded a refund and blacked mailed us with negative feedback. Im not sure if she is being control by her husband but it does seem that way, she kept telling me it was her husbands idea to ask for the outfit for free not hers... This whole family has issues, they try to scam me but i didnt let it happen. Again i have proof they got the outfit ontime and loved it, i dont know where this blackmail came from, im assuming its from her husband,
