1 star user feedback The phone I purchased from SRQ_Wireless was reported stolen according to Verizon, so I wasn't able to activate it. I tried to get in touch with SRQ but they were not very responsive and wouldn't provide a shipping label for return.Wasted time and $. Seller response: As of this date the phone STILL doesn't come back lost/stolen via the ESN as the buyer is claiming. Offered him to return the item for full refund. Buyer also threated to leave negative feedback if we wouldn't do what he wanted. Buyer now refuses to return the item, why would you keep an item if you are claiming that it's stolen?
