Seller response: Good afternoon, thank you for letting us know in this negative that you had some problems with a key. I’ve checked your key and it still appeared to be valid and ready to be used, What we sell is legit and stable software with genuine licence keys and it make us feel very uncomfortable when client can't set it up. In particularly this case scenario, we insist you to contact Microsoft and request validation of your licence key directly from issuer. MS representative will check your licence keys and based on it they'll supply you with proper and detailed assistance, or if you won't be able to set it by yourself they will connect to your PC remotely and set everything over a matter.
