Machine indicated a descaling was needed upon setup. The Delonghi website recommends a descaling after 300 uses. I asked if it was used, he stated that it was "just open box". There are scratches and the seller is unresponsive when we offered to pay for r

Buyer is lying. The item was new when shipped and buyer wanted to return 2 months after being used for a full refund. Did not offer to pay return shipping as he stated and paypal case was closed in our favor case.Sellers avoid this buyer at any cost.
