In response to this i didnt have an attitude, i never have an attitude towards my customers cause i like them to come back... i explained however to this person i didnt realize i even made the sale it was a down week that week so i wasnt on as much and never got the notification until the buyer messaged me... the smell of the items is from the detergent i used to wash it i was cold water tide which is wash machine efficient and then store the items in toes with fabric softner sheets to keep the sent, i rewash the items after a month of sitting to keep up the quality of the item... im so sorry if the items wasnt up to your expectations and if you have any way i can better myself then send me a message with the suggestions im always open to hear them and always up to learning new things...
