Are you a merchant with lots of sales but not a lot of time to process them all? Our Platinum Pro membership was hand-made for you - and you'll love our latest Platinum feature.
Item Personalization captures your customers' personalized messages, automatically. Right at the time of purchase.
Before now, you've had to send a follow-up email each time you sold a personalizable item. Then you had to wait around for the buyer's response before you could get to work fulfilling the order.
With Item Personalization, you can get the customer's message right from the order and fulfill it immediately, without any additional customer contact. That's a faster turnaround for you and for your customers. Not to mention, less time rummaging around your inbox.
You'll save time whether you sell personalized jewelry, business cards, greeting cards, T-shirts or anything else that buyers can personalize with a custom message.
To learn more and see examples, check out the Item Personalization help pages. For a complete list of other Platinum Pro features including Home Page Featuring, Digital Goods, and Sponsored Search, visit your membership page.

Hi, I see you are now doing blog post updates. Since this post is all about getting personal,I think I speak for more than just myself in that I don’t know who you are and would appreciate knowing who you are and what you do at Bonanza, thanks.
Hah! Excellent question LavenderLady. I certainly don’t mind getting personal :-)
My name’s Jason. I started here at Bonz officially last August, although I’ve known Bill and the others and have been an unofficial adviser/sounding-board since the beginning.
Like most folks here, I do a lot of different jobs. But mostly: programming, QA, bug-fixing, business development, customer support, and assisting Mark and Bill however else I can. (Like occasionally announcing new features as they get rolled out.)
Thank you for asking. It’s been great to be part of the Bonanza community and meet so many pleased buyers and passionate sellers. See you around!
It’s GREAT to meet you Skykomish – and yes – that DOSA is LARGE! (((
)))
Next – to be official, you need a “b” in the lower right hand corner of your Avatar and then you are all “official”
Thanks for the work you DO for our community here on Bonanza.com
You’re right SunflowerAntics – I need the “b”! I’ll get that taken care of ASAP.
I also need to learn how to include the fun emoticons and hearts and stuff. So much to learn!
Hmmm ~ yet another bonus feature for those who pay $50 / mo.
This is a bit disturbing to me. One of the major initial draws for Bonanza was the free listing and low FVF.
Hi CatsJewelrynGems, thank you for sharing your thoughts. Bonanza still has free listing and super low FVF – and we always will! I guess it’s in our DNA.
Absolutely nothing has been taken away from the free, Silver or Gold memberships in this update. In fact we add improvements to them all the time. Stay tuned for more announcements!
Well, I’ve been a platinum member for some time. I don’t get how anybody can be “disturbed” that people who pay a $50 monthly membership fee get a perk thrown their way once in awhile. Especially when bonanza already GIVES away free listings and super low FVF’s to people who don’t Want to pay for a membership (what more can you ask for for “free”??).
This particular feature is one that will never benefit me (unless I start personalizing items at some point), but I certainly think it’s a nice perk to those who WILL benefit from it. AND I think it’s nice that you guys acknowledge those members that way.
Kudos and nice to meet you Jason
I think what people are saying is that features offered by other marketplaces for free would be beneficial to be offered free here to all sellers as well. My FVF’s average 5.6% which is higher than most other sites charge.
Platinum and titanium members have the advantage of being featured on the site, and additional advertising, coupons and markdowns, but IMHO features that enhance a sellers ability to sell should be offered to all sellers, as this could create more sales & revenue for all. A win/win
