Who Wore It Best?

Hi everyone! My name is McKenna and I am one of many Happiness Producer's on the world renowned Bonanza Support Team. As the most fashion forward team member, I am your resident source for all the latest trends. That being said, I'm here to discuss a major fashion faux pas and bring some exciting news from the Bonanza Team!

While it's easy to chuckle at how embarrassed Kim Kardashian must have felt this past February when she showed up at a famed fashion photographer's party wearing the same dress as her brother's ex-girlfriend, showing up in the same outfit as someone else is no laughing matter! Everyone knows how incredibly awkward it can be when you accidentally wear the same outfit as another, but it's hard to relate to that situation until it happens to you!

You know the dealio. One outfit. Two founders. This epic walk-off features our very own Founder, Bill Harding vs. our Co-founder, Mark Dorsey. Both are sporting Bonanza's original "Mongoose Space Needle Tee Shirt." So who wore it best?

While you can appreciate the accessories Mark has chosen, you may notice a huge rip in his jeans. Ummm hello??? Nirvana broke up like more than 20 years ago, which is when ripped jeans were passable. FAIL! His sunglasses are not Tom Ford but they do the job (barely), so the look is not a complete disaster. BTW, is that a leather bracelet you are wearing? Is that official Nickleback merchandise??? Ugghhh!

Because Bill is the boss, he is obviously rocking his Bonanza shirt with the confidence that only an awesome boss could muster! However, his choice of what appears to be a plastic produce bag converted to a handbag lacks durability and a "wow" factor. Actually, maybe it does bring the "wow" factor but more like, "Wow, do you want $ 5.00 so you can get a canvas bag from Trader Joe's to cover up your Cherry Chapstick that I can clearly see in your produce bag?"

This battle in Seattle is too close to call so I am officially declaring this walk-off a tie! The good news is that you do not have to fly to Milan to get your hot little hands on this and other Bonanza swag. Head over to our very own Bonanza Merchandise Booth and order a Bonanza Tee today. Our Tees are custom designed by a local Seattle artist and are quite unique. I mean who puts Mongoose's and Space Needles on Tee shirts right?

Love the write up McKenna! You have the boyz nailed!

I went to the Merchandise store! I don’t like either shirt! They both suck! Sorry, but it is only my opinion!

My son would probably like both, but I would like to see a more “girly” version, especially since I sell things that mostly females would be interested in.

Bill didn’t need sunglasses thus the simplicity of bonanza shines through. He wins my vote!

Sometimes I question myself. Now is one of those times.

Do you often see e.g. Coca-Cola trademark in other than white and red colors?

WHY do you use in your first promotional and commercial items white letters instead of green – and I mean not any green, but EXACTLY as it is in your logo?

The dominant type of memory for most of the people is a visual memory. Therefore, the crucial issue is the appropriate positioning of the brand visualization in the minds of consumers.
The logo is the first thing that should come to mind of the potential customer, when he hears the name of the company (clear resemblance to the graphic sign).
Seeing Coca-Cola and other well-known logos, without thinking, we are able to define their associated products.

These brands are of course extreme cases and the ownership of multinational corporations, which issue a lot of money on advertising and they are on the market for many years, but analogous situation should occur in the case of Bonanza as well.

Because just a graphic or sometimes even the SAME color is enough to recall from memory the image of the company (brand, product, etc.) they represent.

“I mean who puts Mongoose’s and Space Needles on Tee shirts right?”
There should be a comma after “shirts” if you mean to question the the sanity or point up the buffoonery of the designer. As it is written, you are asking who does a correct or proper job of putting mongooses and the Space Needle together on the shirt. It might help to put a comma after “mean”, as well.

According to the Oxford Dictionary the plural of “mongoose” is “mongooses”. You have written it in the possessive form. Or are you implying that the mongooses are in possession of the Space Needle and Seattle? Since you are depicting many mongooses, I am assuming you mean more than one mongoose. Or are you implying that the Space Needle (and perhaps Seattle)is infested with rats and snakes and is therefore populated with many a mongoose’s favorite prey?

Also, unless you are referring to one named “Mongoose”, like a mascot or such, mongoose should not be capitalized.

Would that you had chosen another mammal or creature to share space with the Needle and Seattle. The mongooses are classified as members of the family Herpestidae. That just doesn’t sound very becoming. Hopefully no one else will be inclined to look that up.

You sure it’s a leather bracelet? Perhaps an Apple watch instead?

These are definitely two different styles even though they are both wearing the “same” thing. Bill has chosen the simple look with no frills – no shades, no watch or jewelry, no cellphone, and a clear bag for his only accessory. While Mark is fully accessorized plus a backpack for whatever he may get while he is out. Hopefully one day I will get my own Bonanza t-shirt.
