If nothing at all is working, more than likely you bought the wrong model. Customer sent message with lots of foul language instead of simply calling us for help. We are always available at 678-833-9073 Mon-Fri from 8am-4pm est if you need assistance. But, if the model does not match your original, its not going to work.

That is NOT true. We did respond and he never called us at all. We provided all of our contact information to the customer

This was fully explained in the listing description that the screen was "shattered". It was sold only for parts. That is why instead of $900, it was only $79. Please read over listings before buying to better understand. The fact that it was only $79 when all the others were around $900 is a sure sign, it was not listed that cheap by accident.

The buyer did not read that the radio required programming once installed. So,he claims we ripped him off, when if he would have taken a moment and read the item description, it fully explains that the radio requires programming and if he would take it and have it programmed, it would work just fine.
