Sorry you feel we ignored you. Order placed 12/4 (Sunday) with a note asking for something that could've been added to the order, we responded 12/5, you replied at 11pm on 12/6. We responded as soon as we opened on 12/7. It was not our intention to ignore you as we answered you and did as you wished as the messages came in. We respect everyone's time and have always responded in a timely manner. |

Shipping label was printed via PayPal, sent Priority Mail through USPS with insurance. All information provided to buyer and tracking showed delivered. Buyer was not ignored, we replied to buyer. Since tracking showed "delivered", you have to contact USPS directly or try filing an insurance claim. We did everything we could to fulfill the order properly and in a timely manner.
