Thank you for your feedback and sorry for your concern. Honesty is very important. We responded IMMEDIATELY to EVERY communication. The TRUTH is that you contacted us 2 days after receiving the package. We asked for photos of the packaging, label and contents, so we could resolve the matter for you rapidly, but you threw out all the packaging, which EVERY shipper requires inspection of, in order to process a claim. You are now also threatening to stop payment, even though you are in possession of our merchandise. We have instructed you on how to receive resolution and hope to resolve the matter with you soon. I am so sorry to read this. I can assure you that NONE of our products are Old, nor do they run out in a week. Sounds to me like you may have had problems with the pump, which is common for this product, when shipped during inclimate weather, such as in November... The product was not expired. It still had at least 1 month on the date and 13 months on the guarantee. It is still perfectly fine, but you are welcome to return for full refund, if you wish. Thank you!

This was an error by my helper. I fully explained this to you and offered to send out the boxed item or issue you a HUGE partial refund to keep these STILL Factory-Sealed and guaranteed fresh items. So sorry. We NEVER ship used items. There is a potential of the wrapping being torn in handling and when that happens, we have no choice but to remove and re-seal, but the product is always NEW.
