The supplier (JCBargains) sent defective batteries and refused to respond to my message requesting either a refund or replacements necessitating this feedback and contacting my credit card agency to cancel payment.

They payment was refunded through paypal with a note expaining the situation.the buyer either did not see or pay attention to the note that was sent with the refund.
