I am sorry for your loss first of all. But the issue here is that you sent me an item that is empty. I followed your instructions, I am familiar with unlocking the item. This item is supposed to BRAND NEW! It’s a no brainer. I just want my money back. I am perfectly ok with sending it back to you so u can see for yourself but evidentially you are not. How is any of this my fault? Very straight forward, just do what is right. Also partial refunds are not helpful when u cannot use something u paid for at all?? Comon…just be fair, I really don’t want any conflicts.
