As my mother is going through chemotherapy, we have been more focused on filling orders than responding to feedback. If a buyer has an issue with a purchase, we will happily resolve it.

When the customer told us it was a gift for "my husband," I accidently assumed that his wife was using her husband's email to contact us. The customer became angry when we referred to him, mistakenly, as Mrs. At first, the customer wanted a refund without returning the CD. Finally, it was returned with the CD and artwork damaged, probably out of spite, since the mailier was undamaged...Our description of the CD was detailed and accurate. Even though the customer was rude and dishonest, we issued a full refund.

This collector mistakenly thought he was getting the original poster for 24.99, when that sells for hundreds of dollars or more. We never described it as an original. We described it accurately as being "New". Also, the original was folded, so heavy crease marks would have been visible. We sell a high-quality reproduction that ships rolled and has no creases to distract from the colorful artwork. Poster was returned damaged. A refund was issued despite this.

We try to ship the same day, whenever possible. So if an order has already been processed and shipped, all that we can do at that point is to wait for the item to be returned. The buyer never returned the item. If he had, per our return policy, then we would have happily issued a refund.

This customer ordered and received a nonreturnable item. It was clear on the listing. The customer claims they didn't know what they were buying or that it was nonreturnable. We've explained multiple times what is obvious on the listing...The vast majority of what we sell is returnable although we rarely experience returns.
