Hi, we take all our feedback very seriously. In this regard we would like to mention that we did answer to your message once we got them all through the platform, we were having issues with the system and didn’t receive notification of the the orders or the messages on time. At the time you placed the order the shop was placed “away” for about two weeks and it was informed when placing the order. However we did messaged you and offered you an apology for the inconvenience. Thank you.
