The outer case had some rust on it but the unit was tested and in good working order. Once installed none of that would have been seen but the buyer refused to even try it! If you feel you wasted your money you did but it was your own fault. If you had installed it you would have been pleased with the performance. Dont judge a book by its cover.

First of all if you buy something you are right you should read all of it. It states in several places the item is damaged and is for parts only, and not returnable. This is also stated in the return policy if you had bothered to read that as well. Nothing dishonest has happened with this transaction other than the buyer has filed a non receipt clam with paypal which was denied because the tracking showed he received the item. Now there is an open credit card dispute with this customer. It all could have been avoided if he simply took the time to read what he was purchasing.

Item was returned and refund given, no problem. Honest mistake on my part and I took care of it.

What the gentleman has left out of his comments is he asked to return the item and it was granted. 3 Weeks later he still has it in his vehicle and using it. All buyers have 30 days to return any item if there is a problem. Because you did not have the time or inclination to return the item to us in a timely manor is not our fault. We shipped it to you in a timely manor. Take responsibility for yourself.

Just because you did not match up your part numbers does not mean it does not fit in a 2009. They make many versions of car parts. I do not know what you have in your car only the part I have to offer and what it fits in.
