Received email notification that my order was accepted and shipped. Check via tracking number confirms order was accepted, but never progressed beyond that point. Credit card charge was refunded; but absolutely no explanation from vendor.

I won't order from or recommend Bonanza. There were three items in my order they did not send. I've emailed them twice. I got one reply, but never received the product I ordered. It's unfortunate and gives ordering off of the internet a bad name.
