I do apologize for the issue with this item but i had an issue with the vendor i was dealing with. When I found out I was unable to fill these orders, there was no need contact you on Bonanza because I had already contact you via paypal and refunded your money would you like me to post the email. PayPal did what i told them to do. If I was trying to defraud you I wouldn't have issued any refunds. Things happen but being nasty is never the answer. this issue affected me a grate deal but i was NEVER trying to scam anyone. |

First off I never got any of the messages that you sent. Bonanza realized what was going on and contacted me today to fix the issues. Has you can clearly see I have other customer that are very satisfied so please don’t defame my booth before you even try to work it out with me. Your not the type of customer I want and will be issuing you a refund tonight. Very sorry for the delay but I’m happy not to do business with you. Good day Sir |

If you are legitimate then your beef is with Bonanza, not me. Because that would mean that for two weeks after taking my payment you did not receive a notice of sale or the three times I tried to contact you. Please refund my money. |
I am very sorry for not responding to your emails but there where a few customer that was affected by this ordeal. I really thought that I contacted all of you personally via pay pal when I submitted your refund but I guess some of those didn't go through correctly. I thought that it was more important to get your money back to you because I am still waiting for the vendor I was working with to refund me my funds. I didn't want that to affect you any further. I am getting a lot of heat because of this issue when at this point I am the one that was really defrauded. Its ok because it just a part of what I signed up for
