Buyer was unhappy I shipped so fast. She changed her mind and said it was an impulse buy and she shouldn't have been shopping. She messaged after I had shipped it out, saying that she wanted to cancel, or wanted to return at my expense. I did tell her she could return for a refund, but shipping was not refundable. She said I should not ship so fast because people change their minds. I pride myself in fast shipping. I'm sorry she bought and changed her mind, but it was already sent out.
