Your understanding is incorrect. As was told to you in Bonanza messages prior to writing the review. There was no mention of a disc being sent in the ad title or description. There was and is nothing that is being shipped. The ad stated s follows: TurboTax Premier 2017 Fed + Efile + State Download (SKU #DLBON02555). Next time you should scroll down from the picture and actually read the ad description. This order was completed on 1-7-18 at 10:16 am thru Bonanza message.

No your account was not closed by us. We can not and do not close accounts. You were being rude and demanding. You were told: We are sorry you did not read the ad title or description to understand what you are purchasing. Your demanding tone is unwarranted due to your lack of reading and understanding in regards to the nature of the order. You should go back to school and learn how to read and do math because clearly you were just looking at the picture and do not know how to count whrn reading reviews. Reading goes a long way.Learn how to communicate with others, especially when you are purchasing something and then they might want to help or work with you. I hope this bad review makes you feel better.

As you were told the first time you ordered we do not ship to California then you try to manipulate the system by trying to have it shipped to another address, knowing that you were already told it was not going to be shipped per your 1st paypal refund. Next time read the ad and stop wasting everyone's time and trying to get around a sellers shipping preference.Very active seller. Not a valid review.
