I am an honest and reasonable person and I run an honest company, but “AS IS” means exactly that…the photographs and description tell the story.

However, if you wish to return an item because of our fault (misleading description, forgot to mention testing or condition, damage not photographed, etc.), Please contact me promptly and we will get the problem resolved whether via refund, exchange, or discount.

When returning an item for refund where we were at fault, the original purchase price plus any return shipping charges will be fully refunded.
