Buyer must notify us within 30 days of receiving the item of any problem that may require a return. Item must be returned in purchased condition with all accessory items if any were included. Items in factory boxes must be returned with factory box in the same condition as received. If it is determined that the item was tampered with, misused, or has parts missing a refund will not be given.
