I am very satisfied with the product.

Nearly fool proof way to make great coffee. Thermal container keeps coffee hot and fresh nearly all day without ageing/over cooking,etc.

I have used several Keurig machines in the past. I was able to get maybe a years service out of some of them, the others not so much. When Bunn came out with the My Cafe MCU single cup, I was estatic. I purchased my first years ago and it still works great. This is my second purchase. Wife decided she wanted one at school where she teaches. She will take the old and the new will take its place on the cabinet at home. I will never buy another Keurig machine.

Love the operation and quality of the machine and most importantly the taste of the coffee
