Great for an intense quick workout. I have done p90x, insanity, t25, and turnofire, and this was just as intense, but in a different way. Love it

This is a new workout program for me. I really enjoy the workout. I normally don't dance so it is fun to dance and be in rymthm with the music. My children also did the workouts with me, that is how much fun it is.

I think this is a great way to exercise with the heavy weights. I agree with other reviews that I've read, though. There is way too much talking through the whole thing. I wish I could do it on mute, but I like the instruction.

Everything was there, but one of the DVD booklet pages was flipped around. So the "Complex" workouts DVD was upside down and located where the "How to Bring It" DVD page should be and vice versa. It's a little unsightly, but it doesn't make any difference in usage of the DVDs.

Love the workout! Have danced for over 10 years and all the workouts keep me interested; I almost forget that I'm working out. I don't use the 'break-down' function due to my ability to pick up moves pretty quickly, but there have been a couple moves in the more advanced workouts, that I had to rewind/repeat to get the transitions correctly.

I got country heat as an extra DVD to my PIYO. Never thinking much of it. Since I had trouble with dance exercises in the past. Normally couldn't keep up with the instructor. But not with this one. It's easy to keep up. I love the music. The instructor is great at showing you every move before you do it. And it's low impact which help my feet a lot. So much fun. Working out is fun to this DVD.

Love these videos. Lifting goes so fast. I sweat, and feel the burn.

I've tried just about every Beachbody program available, and this one is my favorite. She lifts heavy and you build muscle fast. Got me right back in shape after having my baby.

I'd been looking for a good dance DVD for years. I've been using my old Paula Abdul dvd's all these years. Shaun T has the best dances, great style, and good music. When I nail a routine, I feel like a pro. Plus, I lost 10 pounds in just a few weeks. Awesome!
