The item is question was a very old game. I took great care to put as many pictures of the item so that people could see what it looked like. For the age of the item I thought was in good condition. Every item that I purchase used or from a yard sale, flea market etc..I throughly clean. There was some puncture marks in one of the cubes, not sure how they got there. Should have made more of a point of pointing them out. I was not rude if anything I think I conducted myself well since the first correspondence from this buyer accused me of trying too hide the marks in my picture. I let the buyer know that I would refund her money if she was not happy with the item, just send it back but obviously did not communicate this to her well because after the first communication things just got worse. It was a whole lot to do about nothing in my opinion and could have been settled without her going to the resolution center. I try very hard to make sure that everything I sell is described accurately, I may miss something but it is never intentional and when I take pictures it show details not to hide them. The marks were visible if you enlarged the picture so there was no hiding them. This was just an unfortunate case of miscommunication and I apologize if this buyer felt like she was being treated unfairly.
