This was my first customer on Bonanza, instead of sending a used seatbelt cutter, I sent him a brand new benchmade seatbelt cutter that was triple the price, I was so excited that he was my first customer, then he sent me a message demanding his money back, I simply said, please send the item back I made a mistake , he replied with not only harrassing comments but threats , he used language that scares me and my children. I told buyer that I would pay for shipping back to me and give him a 100% refund, he threatened me with negative feedback. I really tried and I really was excited about this first transaction. I give up on humanity. |

BUYER CLAIMS WE SENT TO WRONG ADDRESS, BUT BONANZA WILL ONLY LET US SHIP TO CONFIRMED ADDRESES, WE DO NOT CHANGE ADDRESSES, WE ONLY SHIP TO THE CONFIRMED ADDRESS THAT IS ON FILE WITH BONANZA, BUYER HAS A FORMER ADDRESS CONFIRMED WITH BONANZA, THAT IS THE ADDRESS WE ARE MANDATED TO SHIP TO, BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR UPDATING ADDRESSES WITH BONANZA, WE ARE NOT MIND READERS, BUYER THINKS WE RANDOMLY PICK SHIPPING ADDRESSES TO SEND ITEMS TO. BUYER NEEDS TO CALL BONANZA AND CHANGE HIS ADDRESS TO THE PRESENT ADDRRESS HE IS LIVING AT, IT IS NOT OUR FAULTT THAT YOU LEFT YOUR OLD ADDRESS FILED ON BONANZA, BONANZA WILL ONLY LET US SHIP TO TTHE ADDRESS YOU HAVE ON FILE AND CONFIRMED, YOU LITERALLY LEFT YOUR OLD ADDRESS ON FILE WITTH BONANZA AND TTHAT IS WHERE WE SENT YOUR CAP, PER BONANZA POLICY WE CANNOT CHANGE THE ADDRESS AS IT IS A VIOLATION. PLEASE PLEASE TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR YOUR MISTAKE. YOUR CAP SHOULD BE FORWARDED TO YOUR NEW ADDRESS IF YOU FILLED OUT A FORWARDING ADDRESS REQUEST WITH USPS. PLEASE DONT MAKE IT LOOK LIKE WE DIDNT SEND YOUR ITEM, BECAUSE NOT ONLY DO I HAVE A TRACKING NUMBER THAT SAYS THE ITEM WAS DELIVERED, I ALSO HAVE CALLED THE USPS OFFICE AND THEY CONFIRMED ITEM WAS DELIVERED TO YOUR OLD ADDRESS.
