buyer did not file a dispute, she filed a direct charge back meaning credit card company just issues her partial refund based on what she asked for without giving me a chance to defend the situation. condition description is very subjective. if you considered taking it to LMB for cleaning then you are aware of the extent of warming to the handles. Bag came in a much worse condition than shown in photos. Misleading description - handles are "warmed" not "started to warm". Seller refused to take return or issue partial refund and suggested me file a dispute.
