I have placed the order for 3 items on Oct.8,2019.I received the message from seller " I just wanted to let you know in case you didn’t read the shipping policy,that I have seven business days to ship your item. I try my best to get this done much sooner than that, but please be patient as this is my policy." On Oct 12 received the second message "When I went to get your items out of storage,the cup had somehow been broken. I am wondering if you would like to choose another item (up to 12.00 value)? Or would you just like me to do a refund? Let me know at your convenience." I asked for a refund and please proceed with two other items. I have received the items on Nov.3 !!! And the Teapot was Not as described- Teapot Spout Pourer was broken and lousily repaired. You can easily see the cracks from inside and ugly repair from the outside. Since then we have had numerous message exchanges and I was asked to return the teapot back for seller issue a refund to me. On Nov 12 teapot was delivered and seller stop communicating with me. I have paid for the misrepresented item and shipping back and forth. Not refunded yet. Very unpleasant experience with this seller. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SELLER.
