I’m very sorry about this. The shipping error was on my end. The majority of my sales are books through Amazon and ebay. Everyone ordering everything from home has me swamped with orders …labels are purchased in bulk and shipment go out the same way. Your order was amongst the wrong products. I pay 7.99 for the wipes and my sale price is $10, appose to $22 – $39 on Amazon so the shipping makes up the difference in total earnings. I fluctuate my prices and try to maintain a lower cost vs ebay/Amazon… at the time Amazons price was higher and most stores were sold out (It wasn’t easy for me to find these and purchases are limited as well). Bonanza and ebay take a percentage too. It will only result in less return customers if my processing / shipping time-line is extended, so I try to keep things quick. My discount is applied when you add items to one shipment. I actually couldn’t sell this item for $10 because i would be about $7 dollars in the negative after seller fees and shipping cost. Again, I’m sorry for the mail mix-up. Im kinda new to this so i really appreciate every single person who chooses my shop, i only explain every detail of the processes so your aware of it all and feel satisfied with my response and attentiveness to you concerns. |

Hello, The refund should have been issued. I will review my records to verify. The address associated with the shipment is not correct please contact customer support to verify this. You’ll need to update your “shipping address” in your account. The address associated with this sale is still as it was initally. I can not create a shipping label because that address is not valid, I print labels here through bonanza shipping creator but it cannot verify the address so i cannot print it . I cannot change the address myself. Bonanza support will help you with any questions you may have regarding this process. Im terribly sorry about all of this. Bonanza does advises sellers to only ship to verifide addresses. I cannot ship to a coorected address that I recive in a message, it has to be correct during the pruchase and cannot be altred after on my end.
