Purchased item on Apr 6th. I did not receive item or communication from seller. Messaged seller on Apr 11th @1:45pm requesting update. Allowed 3 business days and no response, despite seller showing “Active” on site. Filed dispute with PayPal. Beware

Please be advised that our settings on Bonanza show that we ship within 7-10 business days unless otherwise notification to the buyer. The settings from our side of our Bonanza booth have always shown the 7-10 business days shipping policy along with our full disclosure of return policy. We have done our due diligence in this matter and keep in constant contact with our customers when our booth is in active status. You ordered your item on April 5, 2019 so we were still under the umbrella of the 7-10 day window of shipping the item to you. We sent four emails explaining our shipping policy and also two emails letting you know that we will refund your fully if the 7-10 business days policy is not suitable to you. We explained in our email to you that we understand fully your concern; however, we have fully followed our standard business practices. We fully explained that your item had been processed and packaged and was being shipped out on Friday, April 19, 2019. Your demand that we ship immediately tonight or tomorrow is not doable due to our standard practices for processing, packaging and shipping item. We also fully explained to you that we would contact Bonanza and make sure that all of our products show the standard shipping of 7-10 business days. We will post that we have fully refunded you when we receive a message from PayPal that you have requested the refund instead of the item. |

We have responded to your message and your feedback through messages on our site. We have fully explained that we typically ship within 7-10 business days. You ordered your item on March 30, 2019 so only 5 business days had passed since you ordered your item. Also, you sent us a message on April 4, 2019 at 6:02 pm EST which is after business hours. We typically respond to messages/emails within 2-3 days which is an accepted standard business practice in the U.S. Friday would have been the first business day with Saturday and Sunday not being business days. So, the accepted time to receive a response from our company would have been by Tuesday, April 9, 2019. We understand your excitement to receive this product and your messages; however, we believe your expectation was not within normal business practices. We have fully refunded you for this purchase this morning via your request on the feedback board. Please refer to PayPal for your full refund. Thank you for your time and attention to this matter. This sale has been closed in our business booth. |

Please stop reporting false and slanderous information. We just received the notification that you have filed a request for refund from Paypal. That is the normal procedure. PayPal has informed us that we have until May 7, 2019 to give a full refund or dispute your claim(s). PayPal has already deducted the amount from our account so you will have to settle this with PayPal. At this point we have done our due diligence and are asking that you stop the slanderous and misinformation posted on our site. We use PayPal as a third party so they can handle requests for refund. No one has refused payment to you. We can show on our PayPal account that the money has been deducted. Again, PayPal has given us until May 7, 2019 to refund or give them information concerning your purchase. Please email us the information where PayPal said our bank has declined this. We just received notification from PayPal that you wanted a refund. Since you have threatened a lawsuit over the $50.00 item purchased all communication from this point will need to be through PayPal and/or an attorney. We have contacted our business attorney about this matter and your continuation to defame us on the Bonanza site.
