I mailed magnet on the 1st of Aug. He said he expected it on the 3rd or 4th it is now the 6th. "Either I get my product or you refund my money!" I took this as a treat. Told him to calm down. I explained with the weekend being in that time frame post office was still doing their job give it a few more days. He responded with great anger and asked him why?? " I am angry because you ordered me to calm down. I made no threats, you lying sack of feces." I told him my customer service is very good and that most people would have just kindly asked where product was before demanding a refund |

I thought I resonded to anyone that had placed an order that I had to make an emergancy trip to Florida to visit my sister that was placed in HOSPICE and that I would not be back to fill orders until 2nd week in October. I returned and filled all orders and were mailed.I am SORRY for the delay but my sister passed away..
