We had responded to your first message, but received no response in return. In the description of the item your ordered, we explained that buyers should expect a processing and shipping time of around 10 business days. We do this in order to try to keep up with the holiday season and the weeks of Black Friday and Cyber Monday. We can only go so fast when there are hundreds of orders. |

We apologize for the inconvenience. We deal in the resale of liquidated assets. It's extremely difficult to keep the counterfeit cards out of circulation. As we can't open every card and check them ourselves. We do appreciate your business and help with taking the counterfeit cards out of circulation. We have had a few cards that have been reported as counterfeit and those buyers have received a refund paid in full.
