Buyer ask for the dimension so I did send the follow dimension "The diameter from the opening bottom is 7 3/8" across and from the top is 1 5/8" and 4" tall Hope that will help" and than buyer ask if I will sell only one the listing was for a set of 3, so I did fix the listing to accommodate the buyer wish to buy only one, I have all the photos as part of the description,just one look at them and any buyer will know exactly what is for sale, in the description it said exactly what it is - lamp shade white color frosted marble design, and before sending the measurement I did some research to make sure I knew how to calculate diameter, not sure what more could I have done on the description and on the customer service to accommodate this buyer wishes, the pictures of the item are very clear what was for sale, not sure what went wrong, the buyer has not try to contact me to tell me I have the description wrong witch not sure what because I am looking at the 2 remaining lamp shade and still can not see what is wrong with the description. I do not like the felling of been call dishonest specially when I have done all I could to accommodate the wishes of this buyer. I am very carefully with my description and photos, have been selling online for over 10 year and this is the first buyer who has call me names bad ones, I am honest my description are correct and if any flaws on the item is notice I do take picture of it and describe it on the description so not really sure what has happen to this sale. My feedback was 99% because I have and item delivery that was broken on the shipping and it was when I first start the business of selling online some years ago, in 10+ years I have one bad feedback one neutral and now this buyer, I have learn a lot in those 10 + years and customer satisfaction is my priority, I do not think I would have last this long if I am that dishonest (and yes that word does bothered me). Not sure what more can I add to this comment because I still do not know what part of the description was not accurate.
