This dress was sent twice. We made an exchange and the first dress was returned with our pre-paid shipping label. The buyer claims the second dress was not delivered however the post office launched an investigation and said the gps scan of the location shows it was delivered to the correct address and the insurance claim was denied. My apologies for the delay in response to your last email. But we feel both dresses were delivered as agreed. I'm sorry you feel the need to leave negative feedback to force our hand and recieve a free dress. |
