Buyer messaged me inquiring about his order, I provided tracking number proving proof that package is on its way. We are still within the standard shipping time which is 12-25 business days as CLEARLY mentioned in the description. The only common law is for packages to be delayed in November-December because it's the busiest time of the year. If you look at my feedback you'll see thousands of patient customers who are happy with the product they received and 1% of customers who chose to leave feedback either without contacting me first or without waiting for the package to arrive to them. Thanks for choosing my store. Shipping takes 12-25 business days(Monday-Friday) as clearly mentioned in the description. Shipping is FREE and therefore takes time. Technically speaking we ares till within the standard shipping time(It is important to notice that In November-December there are international delays that no seller can avoid, especially when shipping internationally). The poster is clearly described in the description. Package is High quality PVC tube. VERY RARELY does it get damaged in transit, PLEASE send a message BEFORE leaving negative feedback and allow 12-24 hours for me to RESOLVE your issue before going ahead and leaving negative feedback.
