Lighted Ceramic Christmas Tree on Stand Glazed in Glossy Lavender | 10/28/14
Seller response:
We sincerely apologized to this person and explained in great detail (included pictures) that our basement shop had been flooded and all of our production equipment and inventory had been destroyed. Told them that we would replace the equipment and repair all the damage and a tree for her would be the very first product that we would complete. I'm not sure what more we could have done to satisfy this shopper. |

Vintage Leaf Shaped Copper Earrings with 12K Gold Filled Posts | 07/06/12
Seller response:
The description of these earrings stated that they have "screw on" backs. Why she thought that she needed to pull the backs off with a pair of pliers (thus breaking them) is anyone's guess. Obvioulsy not the brightest bulb on the tree. |
I sent out a brand new watch in perfect operating condition, even installed a new battery for the customer's benefit. When the customer wrote to me and said the watch didn't work I told him to send it back immediately that I offer refunds for any and all reasons. The watch was insured so I would be compensated regardless. The watch was returned with the back cover damaged to the point that it would no longer close. The watch stem had been pulled out of the watch without using the release mechanism. This was not damage from shipment and I would not file an fraudulent insurance claim for damage not caused by the shipping agent.
