The delay was due to the Christmas pile-up of packages, post office load inceases 10 times during Christmas. But your package is already in the US and is on its way to you, kindly wait for it.

It is also written in the listing that it is coming from Hong Kong, so proper information was given and we were responding to your email to emphasize those things. So we don't know the nature of the 'rudeness' you are talking about.
