Buyer never sent any direct form of communication. I learned of this situation through the feedback left. I messaged customer thereafter offering any assitance including replacement or return and refund, although I never received any responce back. Nonetheless, all our products come with a 100% satisfaction gaurentee. Thanks again. |

My apologies for any delays with your delivery. The tracking shows this order was received four days after your feedback left here. Our postal system has had a very bad 2020 year with ensuring all shipments are being delivered on time. The increase in volume and the reduction in workforce (within the USPS) have caused massive delays nationwide. Unfortunately, USPS is still not running on all cylinders. Hopefully they will get their deficiencies straightened out and be able to consistently offer us much better shipping services again. Thanks again for your patience.
