Hello, We had clearly stated in the email that there is no guarantee that the item will be delivered before Christmas. That is why we offered you a full refund for the item. We had stated that the order will not be fulfilled before Christmas since it was purchased after black Friday. Hello,We had clearly notified our buyers on our profile page that anything sold after black Friday does not have a guarantee for Christmas delivery since our sales were already high volume on black Friday. Please note that we stand behind every positive review because we fulfilled as many orders up to 90% that was ordered after black Friday. We just wished as customers there was certain understanding towards our company during this busiest of holiday seasons. We make sure that any negative or neutral feedback like this one receives a legitimate answer. Also, we admit that some orders took longer during this holiday season, but like we stated that our last shipping day for orders before Christmas was the 22nd which still is 2 days away.. We even offered our customers a full refund amount if we knew the orders won’t be fulfilled. We deeply apologize and we wished the transaction worked out. Happy Holidays

We apologize the front graph of the jersey fell off. Please note that jerseys are never machine washed and dryed due to the delicate material and logos. Jerseys are always hand washed or dry cleaned(exception printed jerseys).We would have appreciated if you would have contacted us with any concerns or instructions on how to take care of the jersey before leaving us a negative feedback.
