I will accept returns of knitting needles, crochet hooks, spinning equipment, and yarn if the items are unused and unopened. If the return is a result of my error (e.g., I sent you the wrong size crochet hook). I will exchange or refund the item, and you will not be responsible for return mailing costs. If the return is not a result of an error on my part (e.g., you decided that hook just wasn’t what you really wanted), I will refund your purchase price after you mail the item back to me (at your expense) and I have received it. For items purchased with free shipping, refund will be made for the purchase price minus a restocking fee to compensate for shipping and handling.

I cannot accept returns of spinning fiber or, for customs reasons, items or orders valued at over 22 euros (unless the unopened package is returned marked “Return to Sender”).

If you cancel all or part of an order because you failed to read the listing description (e.g., the listing indicated only two of a particular color was available and you ordered a 4-pack all in that color), your refund with be processed less any fees charged by Bonanza and/or PayPal.
