Item description

Vintage Jeannette Marigold to Clear Paneled Water Pitcher circa 1950s This beautiful paneled water pitcher is stunning, heavy duty and classic modern style mid century retro. Fading from the Marigold Carnival to clear glass, this pitcher is a rare piece of Jeannette Glass. With the D shaped handle, ice lip and the paneling, from the inside and smooth on the outside, this pitcher was made simple in design to fit into any decor while being stunning enough to use for any setting, formal or informal. There is wear to this piece with superficial surface scratches that can only be expected from a piece of this age that was preowned. Other than that, there are no chips, cracks, damages/flaws or repairs to this piece. This pitcher stands 8 1/2 inches at its tallest point and 7 inches long from end of handle to end of spout. The inner rim diameter is 5 1/2 inches wide. Please closely examine the photos, for the piece(s) you are interested in purchasing. We do our best to examine every item, exhaustively, so we can provide you with accurate descriptions and conditions. The photos provided will help you to determine the accuracy of our listing and allow you to determine the condition of the item you are purchasing as well. We are experienced but we are not experts and desire full disclosure to promote your trust in purchasing from us. Most of our pieces are from estate sales and auctions and are therefore sold as is. Thank you for visiting our store. Check out our other listings and add us to your favorites as we will be adding more antique/vintage and one-of-a-kind items on a frequent basis. We Look forward to working with you! Buy It Now or Best Offer We are excited to work with all potential customers. We will consider all serious offers. Please keep in mind, when considering sending an offer, as store owners we have invested our time and money into each item that we have in our store. We do our best to keep our pricing as low as possible while covering all of our costs and fees associated with the item and a minimal profit margin so that we can continue to invest in more items for your consideration. Please be respectful with your offers otherwise we will exercise our right to decline any unreasonable offer without explanation or counteroffer. Shipping, Handling and Packaging of our Merchandise We use the shipping estimator when it comes to what to charge for shipping each item. We add 1.00 in handling charges (unless otherwise specified in our listing) to offset the cost of shipping supplies. Given that most of our items are fragile, the 1.00 in handling charges does not cover the cost to us for packaging but it does help to offset the high cost of such products (bubble wrap, boxes, foam, dividers, etc.) We recycle and reuse boxes and packaging materials whenever possible in order to provide the lowest shipping costs possible to our customers. We take great care in packaging our pieces to ensure you will receive your item in the condition that you purchased it. Most of the time, we will process your purchase within 1 day of full payment being received. However, we are shipping from a small rural town and therefore have very limited times that packages can be to the post office to ship out the same day (by 11:30 AM). If a package is taken to the post office after this time, it will not ship until the following business day. If you have made a purchase from us on a Friday (after 11:30 AM) - Sunday, it will not ship out until Monday, at the earliest, because of our local post office hours. This is why we have allowed ourselves the 2-day handling time. Multiple Listing Purchases Contact us if you are wanting to purchase multiple items from our store. We are willing to combine shipping costs on some items but not on all. This is because some pieces are very fragile and we do not want your purchase to arrive damaged. We will determine this on each multiple item purchase.
