Return Policy

We will be unable to refund your cost of the original shipping if you decide that you do not want the order after it has already been submitted. We do not accept any products that have been used or opened. If the package is refused or returned without our issuing of an RA or without the RA # on it, a restocking fee will be applied. Orders can be canceled until they are in process but after an order is in shipping it becomes a return and is handled as such. The restocking fee also applies to refused orders, mistake purchase, undeliverables addresses returned by the shipping company. Both ways of shipping charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.
