We accept returns for most products within the first 30 days of the date tracking information shows the order was received. You can return part of all of your order, but any part for which a refund is requested must be returned to us brand new, 100% complete, in the original packaging. All returned parts are subject to up to a 20% restocking fee as well as our shipping costs. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer, not BPRATV.
