Due to sanitary reasons I only accept returns on cosmetics/beauty items if they are still in brand new, unused and untested condition.

I will happily accept a return if you decide BEFORE opening an item that the item is not for you. I understand that sometimes we purchase the wrong item by mistake. However, after receiving the item and & you open it and decide you don’t like the scent, texture, color etc. I cannot accept the return as it is now used and I can’t re-sell it.

Items must be in their original packaging. If an item is sold as sealed it must be returned that way. If items are returned to me in used or tested condition, you will not be refunded & will be reported . I absolutely hate doing this but unfortunately I’ve had too many users take advantage of my return policies.
