Our Bertoia style Wire Side Chair reproduction is made entirely by hand, and is built from chrome steel rods bent into a wire mesh. Though described "mostly air", its construction makes it exceptionally strong, and versatile in its uses. Bertoia chairs are very popular in clean modern designs, but they also work well in almost any sort of eclectic combination of eras and styles. It works great around a dining table, or as additional seating in your living room or home office. Thank you! SHIPPING Q: How long will it take to receive my order? A: We use several shipping agencies depending on the size and weight of your order. Your order is usually shipped within 1-3 business days. We will notify you who will ship your order and when. Any custom orders will be shipped within 8-12 weeks. In terms of out-of-stock items, we will notify you immediately, and it’s your choice to wait for the coming items or cancel the order. Q: Will the carrier bring my item(s) into my home? A: We provide inside deliveries to bring the item inside your location to the room you choose. However, there's extra cost involved. Please contact us for a quote. For more information about shipping, please also refer to our shipping policy. Q: What if my order arrives damaged or defective? A: If a product arrives damaged, defective, or if we made a mistake, we will correct the situation at no cost to you. Sometimes parts will be sent, other times we will pay to collect the item at your location and send a replacement to you. It is our policy to pick up the defective item and return to our warehouse for inspection. Once the inspection is done, we will process your replacement within 1-3 business days after receiving the defective item. We pride ourselves on providing a no-cost remedy to any damage or mistake so that you will have exactly what you ordered, however, if you decide you do not want parts or a replacement, the item can be returned under our standard return policy (costs involved), except the rare situation that the second replacement was damaged again. Please submit your claim within 7 days after receipt of the item with the following information: * Item SKU number and color * Order number * Images of damages to item and shipping carton Once we have received all the information needed for filing a damage claim, we will then issue an RMA/ Call Tag number for the item being returned to EZMod Furniture. You will receive a Call or E-mail with this information to be written on the box for the FedEx driver or for our freight carrier to pick up. Please note, in case of damage in transit by freight carriers, a replacement is only available when proper notations are made to the Bill of Lading/Proof of Delivery Form. Q: Do you ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or overseas? A: We ship to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico, but extra shipping charge is involved. We only offer free shipping to continental USA. Delivery address needed for a quote on extra charge. Unfortunately, we don’t ship overseas at the moment. For inquiries from Canada, we are happy to process order as long as customers take care of extra shipping, brokerage fee and tariff. Q: Can I choose express shipping? A: Yes. Please let us know your delivery address for a quote on extra express shipping charge. We only offer free ground shipping. POLICIES Q: Can I cancel my order? A: Orders may be canceled at any point prior to shipment (except special/custom orders). And we’ll issue FULL refund to you. In stock items are shipped within 1-3 business day. If the customer would like to cancel order while it is in transit, the customer needs to pay for round trip shipping. Actual shipping charge will be deducted from the payment to be refunded. A: Our products have been carefully examined and inspected at time of shipping and warranted to be free of defects. We offer a full 30 day warranty on our product from the date of receiving against any manufacturer defect and shipping damage. All the furniture we sell is brand new and carries a manufacturer’s warranty. Most manufacturer warranties are only limited warranties and do not cover any wear and tear. This warranty does not apply to merchandise sold “as is”. Defects caused by customer abuse or negligence is not covered. Fabric wear-ability and color fastness for upholstered furniture are not covered by this warranty. The liability of seller for any defect in the affected goods shall be limited to repairing or replacing the goods, whichever the seller shall elect. Seller’s option to repair or replace is hereby expressly agreed to be buyer’s sole remedy. Under no circumstances shall seller be liable for incidental or consequential damages for the breach of warranty of merchantability or for any other reason. Q: What is your freight shipping policy? A: We understand that shipping costs can be an issue especially when it comes to the item we sell. That’s why we offer FREE shipping on ALL items we sell with no minimum purchase. This promotion only applies to 48 continental United States. Free shipping promotion covers free curbside delivery. Free shipping and curbside service do not include any inside placement, unpacking, assembly, or any special customer requests.
