Purchased Trane Thermostat on Bonanza
I replaced a bad thermostat controller where the touch screen failed on the left side after five years. This one died on the far right of the screen within a month. Trane / Honeywell did not honor warranty since it was not installed (plugged in) by a dealer. I am out over $220. new one by a local is over $400. for me over $600 to get back to a working thermostat. There is a new model now.

Our existing display panel no longer worked and instead of installing a different thermostat, decided to get the existing one and just replace the display panel. Worked beautifully.
