Purchased Prescriptives Eye Pencil on Bonanza
Prescriptive eye pencils are always a great product. The tip is fine and very easy to apply. The smudge end of the pencil is a nice feature to make smoky eyes possible. I have used Prescriptive product since 1989 and have always been pleased and satisfied.
