This was my 1st liver detox. It was great. I love the recipes. Felt great, never hungry. I unexpectedly lost some weight in the process. A wonderful side effect. I will be doing this once a year at least for continued health.
I've used this product before for cleansing and it has done wonders! Learned new food irritants to not eat after cleansing, feel more comfortable eating instead of feeling heavy and then very uncomfortable with some of the foods I had eaten. I ordered this to do a 14 day cleanse instead of the normal 7 day cleanse. I wanted to have a more thorough cleansing and I will be doing this here starting Feb 1st in preparations of my vacation in March to look and feel even better.
My doctor prescribed this since my insurance will no longer pay for Viscepa. I can’t give 5 stars because I don’t know if it is working for me until bloodwork returns.
The Core product did not work for me. The first two days of fasting were fine, but I didn’t lose any weight or feel particularly energized by the product.
